Get StartedFrequently Asked Questions
Q. What types of organizations do you work with?
We work with all sorts of organizations. We work with corporations, nonprofits, and associations. We have worked with organizations with under 10 employees; we have worked with organizations with more than 10,000 employees. We just want to make sure that we are a good fit for you and can address the consultant needs you have,
Q. How long does a typical consulting engagement last?
For the majority of strategic planning sessions or organizational culture assessments, the typical engagement is anywhere from three to six months, depending on needs. Standard trainings are for the time allotted; tailored trainings may require up to a week. However, the needs of the organization determine the timeline.
Q. What's your process for getting started with a new client?
We always start with a conversation. Booking a consultation allows us to understand the needs of your organization, your timeline, your staff, and ultimately what you want to get out of the process. We can then put together a proposal for services tailored to your needs.
Q. Do you work on-site, remotely, or both?
We offer both, depending on what works best for the client. Usually, it results in a mix of both. We do, as much as possible, try to restrict providing hybrid engagements as working with in-person clients and online clients at the same time often leaves one or both groups feeling less included.
Q. How do you ensure the changes we make are sustainable after the engagement ends?
Sustainability has to be built into the plan, and the plan should be built into the regular routine of the organization. This helps to incorporate the plan so that changes are actually made and sustained. Additionally, building in measures and checkpoints also help organizations stay focused on the plan they developed.
